Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate engineering teams in the design, analysis, and review of, ensuring compliance with engineering design codes, standards, and regulations.
- Oversee system design activities, including systems engineering processes, technical project management, and integration of distributed control systems.
- Conduct thorough design reviews, technical assessments, and validation of engineering solutions to meet safety and quality assurance requirements.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, including reports, specifications, procedures, and compliance records aligned with ASME codes & standards.
- Collaborate with manufacturing teams to ensure mechanical components meet quality standards and mechanical engineering specifications.
- Provide mentorship and leadership to engineers and the entire team.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining focus on safety, efficiency, and regulatory compliance.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in any domain (IT, Physiology, Management, Engineering, etc.)
- Demonstrated expertise in design review processes, system design development, and technical writing for complex engineering projects.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage teams effectively while fostering collaboration across disciplines such as mechanical engineering and manufacturing.
- Ability to interpret technical data accurately, perform detailed analysis, and communicate findings clearly to stakeholders at all levels.
