The Des Moines Performing Arts Center is hosting a leadership program May 21 – 31, 2024, for “students of color interested in developing their leadership skills in business and/or arts management.” The application deadline is March 15.
The program promises to expose participants “to leaders within our organization and community. Participants will learn about essential business functions in each department and network with community leaders in the Des Moines area who support DMPA’s mission.” After completing the program, students will receive $1,000 and a $500 gift card to a local business apparel store.
