Health Career Connection (HCC) provides paid summer internships offering exposure, experience, mentoring and networking in public health and healthcare for undergraduate and recently graduated students. Join us for an informational webinar about the program and the application process on Wednesday, December 6 from 11:00 am – 12:00 pm CT. 

The Public Health Associate Program (PHAP) is a competitive, two-year, paid training program with the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC). Associates are assigned to state, tribal, local, and territorial public health agencies and nongovernmental organizations, and work alongside other professionals across a variety of public health settings. PHAP applicants must be US citizens, permanent residents, or US nationals who have graduated college within the past two years with at least a 2.95 grade point average.
