CLS Consulting Cohort Info Session

(The info session is over, but if you’re interested in this opportunity, reach out to Michael Lawrence, lawrence1@grinnell.edu for more information.)

If you’re good with people, a creative-analytical thinker, and organized, you could see a consulting job in your future. Surprised? Intrigued? Join the CLS Consulting Cohort to learn more about this dynamic career path for all liberal arts majors, all class years.

Facilitated by Michael Lawrence, the CLS Business & Finance Career Community Director with over 30 years of industry experience, the cohort will meet weekly in the evenings, beginning this fall (day and time to be decided by the group). Limited spots are available, so sign up today to learn from alumni experts:

  • What consultants do
  • Whether a career in consulting is a good fit
  • How to land a consulting gig, internship, or job
  • Tactical strategies for case-study interviews
  • The trajectory of a consulting career path
  • What consultants like about their jobs
  • The challenges of consulting
  • The misconceptions around the consulting profession
  • Salary expectations for a consulting career

Here’s a teaser: No matter where your interests lie, there’s a type of consulting work out there for you. What do consultants do? They help others, sometimes by solving problems that haven’t yet been identified in ways that blow their clients’ minds.

Please attend the cohort info session or let Michael know you’re interested with an email to Lawrence1@grinnell.edu.
