A Visit to the Career Clothing Closet

Heading into internship interviewing season, an English major interested in work in communications recently stopped in at the Career Clothing Closet to discover a suit that fit right off the rack. Feeling renewed confidence that she would be well dressed for upcoming interviews, the student left happy. Have you visited the Career Clothing Closet this semester?

Rather than wait for a dire clothing emergency, plan to come by and browse our selections. You never know what you might find.

Donations come in from alumni, staff, faculty, community members, and even other students quite frequently. As a result, inventory changes often. Recent donations have included dress shirts, suits, brand new dress socks, and vintage ties (from the mother of an alum). Not only that, the Closet has moved into a more permanent home in JCC 014.

Hours are Mondays from 44:45pm and Thursdays from 34:45pm. If those times don’t fit your schedule, email career@grinnell.edu and we’ll set up an appointment for you.
