I'm Amber Arens. I am a recruiter. So, as recruiter, I am responsible for recruiting all of the open positions at my company. So, very specific to the company I'm currently working for, I am responsible for the entire recruiting cycle for all four of your offices, which include Minneapolis, London, Hong Kong, and Shanghai. So, that entire cycle includes job postings, interviewing, interview coordination for our managers, networking, things like today, the career fairs. I'm really getting to know candidates. So, learning the different teams at Plus, too. So, today's going well. I'm meeting with a lot of different students, today. I've been meeting with a lot students that (mumbles) on. The first, second year of college, a lot looking for internships, which is one goal of mine, and other companies today, is to engage with students who are interested in internship opportunities. So, very specific to Plus, who I represent, they are starting with a first interview, with me. So, as it is now, I'm doing a phone interview with every candidate. I'm still doing some in person interviews, but a lot of mine are done over the phone, and then moving through the process. So, if I feel that they are strong fit, I will move them forward to the second step, which is an interview with the hiring manager. Typically that is always done in person. And, then at that point, the hiring manager decides to move them forward. And, then we also have an online assessment, as part of our recruiting process. So, that assessment asks questions relating to cognitive and behavioral based abilities. So, when I'm interviewing candidates in Shanghai, it is very early our time, very late their time. So, sometimes I'll be in the office as early as seven a.m., which isn't too crazy. But, for any interviews that are occurring at that time, it's nine p.m. in Shanghai. So, there's always gonna be that overlap, but my hours do extend, sometimes earlier in the day, or later in the day depending on where I'm recruiting for.
