>> My name is Debra Hayman [assumed spelling] and I am the president of an adult career technical educational school. Well, the school is for students 18 and above, and it is located in the District of Columbia. The majority of our students are either high school dropouts, or students that did not attend college, that are seeking a certified career technical skill. And we provide the pathway for them to get back on the road of education to obtaining a skill and a license, and the most important thing, obtaining a job. The most popular is the emergency medical technical training program. Initially, for, intended to provide and about 150 students with the training. And we quickly to grew to 150 students every 12 weeks. I'm a chameleon, so I do lots of things. You know, especially, as it relates to the school, you don't just stay in your office. You're constantly fundraising, developing partnerships, interacting with students, of course having a connectivity with your staff and faculty. So, I do a multitude of things in the course of a day.
