University of Iowa MS Finance Program

The University of Iowa and Grinnell College have formed a new partnership that will streamline the process for Grinnell students to be admitted to the Master of Science in Finance program in the university’s Tippie College of Business. Grinnell seniors will be able to apply for admission to the Tippie graduate program provided they have met certain requirements for GPA and course completion.

Barrett Thomas, senior associate dean of Tippie College, is a 1997 graduate of Grinnell and retired member of Grinnell’s Board of Trustees. “Grinnell’s commitment to open inquiry was a formative part of my early education, and I was drawn to the Tippie College of Business because of its similar commitment to training students to think critically and creatively. This partnership is win-win.”
