Hi! I’m an aspiring lawyer in New York City, passionate about collective ownership of land & capital. I currently work for an immigrant-led nonprofit that provides legal services to immigrants & has been successfully organizing in NYC immigrant communities for 30 years.
I am an anarchist– I believe in taking direct action to stop harm & meet the needs of people & planet. I’m happy to talk about my work in environmental justice & landback movements, and also how I have balanced work & volunteering as a young alum.
I’m excited to connect to younger & older Grinnellians, especially those who want spend their lives working towards abolition and in popular progressive movements.
