We’re looking for a highly motivated, detail-oriented self-starter to join our team. You’re energetic and have a passion for client satisfaction. You’ll become the front line and friendly voice of Waldo, assisting our customers with onboarding and training, solving technical and account issues, and working magic to ensure our users get the photos they care about.
Essential Skills:
- Technically savvy, quick to pick up new technologies
- Exceptional customer service orientation and approach
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong time management and prioritization skills (multi-tasking is a must)
- Strong attachment to Waldo’s mission and value proposition
- Willingness to work evenings and weekends
- Bachelor’s Degree completed or in progress
- Your own laptop and access to reliable internet (this is a remote position)
