Social Impact Mentor – Student Leadership Development
Remote Position

Position Overview
Join Voice Up Publishing as a Social Impact Mentor, guiding talented undergraduate and graduate students in developing transformative projects through our core principles: collaboration, humility, precision, patience, and empathy. This role focuses on coaching emerging leaders as they create initiatives that unite communities and address mental health and wellbeing challenges.

Core Mentorship Responsibilities
– Coach students in applying Voice Up’s core principles to social impact projects
– Guide project development and implementation
– Facilitate reflection and growth discussions
– Support student wellness during project execution
– Foster cross-project collaboration
– Participate in weekly Saturday afternoon collaborative sessions with our nationwide team of student leaders
– Document mentorship impact and student growth
– Build supportive learning communities
