We’re hiring Human Resources Specialists in Employee and Labor Relations with the federal government. This is an excellent entry point into federal HR for recent graduates or early-career professionals.

What you’ll do:

  • Advise managers on performance, conduct, and disciplinary issues
  • Conduct fact-finding investigations and case reviews
  • Support labor relations, grievances, and union communications
  • Develop and deliver HR training for supervisors
  • Research federal regulations and ensure compliance

Two levels available:

  • GS-7 — Ideal for recent grads with a bachelor’s degree
  • GS-9 — For candidates with more experience or a master’s degree

Salary: $50,460 – $91,815 per year, depending on grade and location.

Locations: San Diego, Washington DC, Miami, Atlanta, Chicago, Philadelphia, Memphis, Dallas, Houston, and San Antonio.

U.S. citizenship is required.

Strong communication and analytical skills are essential.
