Summary
The position is located in the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS), Food and Drug Administration (FDA), Office of Regulatory Affairs (ORA), Office of Criminal Investigations (OCI), Headquarters. As FDA’s criminal law enforcement and intelligence arm, OCI is responsible for protecting public health and furthering the FDA mission by investigating suspected criminal violations of the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act (FDCA) and other related laws.
Duties
- Conducts studies at the supervisor’s request, research sensitive issues, analyzes and presents findings.
- Conducts research on relevant records, consolidates information, identifies project status, and provides any necessary explanation.
- Provides advice and guidance information of a factual nature regarding well precedented issues.
- Prepares reports, correspondence, and other written materials or required regulatory demands/ references.
