• Perform Windows PC Deployment activities as documented in a consistent manner
• Conduct Windows Operating System Imaging activities
• Ensure that all deployment-related tasks are completed in accordance with project Quality Assurance measures
• Demonstrate world-class customer service skills to all users
• Effectively escalate any issues for resolution
