Key Responsibilities:
- Database Management: Input and maintain orders accurately, including necessary revisions when required.
- Team Collaboration: Work efficiently with Marketing Consultants and Management team to support sales initiatives and ensure campaigns are running effectively.
- Presentation Creation: Develop engaging PowerPoint presentations that effectively communicate sales strategies and insights.
- Material Generation: Collaborate with the sales team to obtain and generate creative support materials for local and digital sales presentations.
- Sales Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze key sales metrics and KPIs to assess the performance of digital campaigns.
- Reporting Dashboards: Develop and maintain interactive dashboards that provide real-time visibility into sales performance and digital marketing initiatives.
- Administrative Support: Handle various administrative tasks, including contract management and other responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Digital Marketing Proficiency: Demonstrated understanding of digital marketing principles, including SEO, SEM, social media marketing, email marketing, and content marketing. Familiarity with how these elements contribute to overall sales strategies.
- Willingness to learn and utilize internal systems
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills are essential.
- Strong analytical abilities with a good understanding of data-driven systems.
- Ability to meet strict deadlines while maintaining accuracy in all tasks.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
