A Career with Point72’s Investment Services Department

Critical to Point72’s success, our Investment Services teams are made up of subject-matter experts who excel in their fields. We are strategic partners who help our investment professionals and each other bring great ideas to life. We collaborate across borders and time zones to build innovative products and support our investing businesses. Teams across our firm provide compliant alternative data research, risk and portfolio construction feedback, trading execution, and operational support for our portfolio managers and analysts to inform and enable their investment processes.

Rotational Development Program

This two-year rotational program offers the opportunity to work with core Investment Services departments through three rotations lasting eight months each. You will rotate across key teams within the Offices of the Chief Administrative Officer, Chief Financial Officer, and Chief Strategy Officer. This program provides the opportunity to develop a robust array of analytical, operational, and project management skills, helping you build a strong foundation for a continued career at Point72. Upon successful completion of the rotational experience, you will have the opportunity to permanently join a team.

What You’ll Do

You will work with experienced program managers and engage with leaders to help execute projects that support Point72’s growth and success. In doing so, you will leverage and hone skills in business enablement, program management, and problem solving. Specifically, you will:

  • Support the delivery of cross-functional projects with multiple senior stakeholders across the organization
  • Analyze problems and partner to develop solutions
  • Collaborate with representatives from functions across the firm
  • Develop presentations to provide transparency into programs
  • Analyze and present key performance metrics
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes and operating models
  • Help develop best practices for the organization
  • Manage projects through identifying roadblocks and performing detailed work
  • Collaborate and build effective partnerships
  • Create and deliver compelling presentations to effectively communicate with internal clients
  • Synthesize information to challenge assumptions and make data-driven recommendations

What’s Required

  • Recently conferred Bachelor’s degree between December 2024 and May 2025
  • Superb business intuition and a solution oriented, methodological approach to problem solving
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to collaborate and build strong relationships
  • Intellectual curiosity and an eagerness to find out if your conclusions are right or wrong
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Track record of leading others and effectively working on a team
  • Demonstrated interest in financial services
  • Ability and willingness to conduct yourself with professionalism and integrity at all times
  • Commitment to the highest ethical standards

The annual base salary range for this role is $90,000-$100,000, which does not include discretionary bonus compensation or our comprehensive benefits package. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things.
