Email Marketing Expert – Remote
Pearl Lemon Group is hiring an Email Marketing Expert to build, optimize, and scale powerful email campaigns that generate leads, conversions, and engagement.
What You’ll Do:
Design, write, and manage outbound/inbound email campaigns.
Segment lists, build automation workflows, and A/B test subject lines and content.
Track key metrics: open rates, CTRs, conversions, and continuously optimize.
Work closely with sales and marketing teams to align campaign goals.
What You Bring:
Proven experience with email platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Klaviyo, Lemlist, ActiveCampaign).
Strong copywriting skills with a flair for persuasion and personalization.
Knowledge of email compliance standards (GDPR, CAN-SPAM).
Analytical mindset – you love tracking what works and fixing what doesn’t.
