Join Our Team as a Full-Time Administrative Assistant

NeuroHealth Arlington Heights is seeking an organized, detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our team of dedicated clinicians and staff. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to a respected and growing psychology and neuropsychology practice in the Northwest Suburbs of Chicago.

Salary:

Starting $20 per hour, commensurate with experience and training.

Daily Responsibilities:

• Manage front desk operations, including greeting patients and handling phone calls and emails
• Assist with clinician scheduling and calendar coordination
• Process insurance claims and manage accounts receivable
• Conduct initial patient intake and gather required documentation
• Maintain organized records and ensure accurate data entry
• Collaborate with clinicians and administrative team members to support daily office operations

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Prior experience in medical or behavioral health administrative work preferred
• Familiarity with insurance processing and billing systems is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required

NeuroHealth Arlington Heights is a well-established and continually growing pediatric and adult clinical psychology, neuropsychology, and forensic psychology practice. We provide assessment, treatment, systems/case management, and school consultation and advocacy services for children, adolescents (including college-age students), and adults throughout the Chicagoland area.
