AT BTS, we focus on the people side of strategy, helping the world’s leading companies turn strategy into results. We design fun, powerful experiences that have a profound and lasting impact on people and their careers, inspiring new ways of thinking, building critical capabilities and unleashing business success.

We’re looking for a curious, collaborative, and detail-oriented Sales Enablement Analyst to join our Sales Enablement team.

This individual must be passionate about data with a strong eye for detail and must be excited to work as part of a team to hone your research capabilities in an environment that is both high-performing and big-hearted. This role is a great opportunity for someone who is looking to grow quickly, take on significant responsibility, and make a real impact on the overall growth of the business.

As a Sales Enablement Analyst, you’ll play a pivotal role in analyzing data and generating insights that drive new client acquisitions and expand existing accounts. By leveraging Salesforce, LinkedIn, and other tools, you’ll identify high-potential leads, strengthen BTS’s client pipeline, and support sales initiatives across North America. This role also has exposure to training capabilities, where we train our consultants in our sales tools and processes. This position offers a unique opportunity for someone eager to grow rapidly, take on significant responsibilities, and contribute directly to BTS’s overall growth. Success in this role requires high levels of proactivity, organization, time management, and communication, as well as a data-driven mindset.

This role is based in NYC, and we have a hybrid work environment with an expectation of at least two days a week in our NYC office (usually Tuesdays and Thursdays). This role will report to the Sales Enablement Associate Manager.

Specific responsibilities include:

Lead generation

  • Analyze Salesforce and LinkedIn data to identify new business opportunities
  • Build and maintain a reliable client pipeline by identifying target companies and prospective buyers
  • Partner with account managers to grow their existing accounts or with senior sellers to grow their business development hopper
  • Conduct industry-specific research to support strategic lead generation

Sales Enablement

  • Train sellers on effectively using sales tools like Salesforce, Slack Elevate, Sales Navigator, etc.
  • Track data in Salesforce to ensure follow-through on opportunities
  • Prepare and organize materials for sales meetings, including Salesforce reports, dashboards, and KPI tracking
  • Provide proactive support to sellers throughout the sales process

What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s Degree or requisite experience
  • 1-3 years of relevant experience
  • Exceptional attention to detail, verbal and written communication skills, time management, and organizational skills
  • Demonstrable experience managing multiple, competing priorities
  • Willingness to work in a global team of professionals
  • Experience with Pardot/account engagement is a plus
  • Experience leading training or lead generation is a plus
  • Must be able to work permanently in the United States without sponsorship
  • Based in the New York Metropolitan area and able to work in person at our NYC office a minimum of two days per week

Salary Information

Annual Salary Range: $65,000 – $73,000

  • Starting salary is determined by relevant experience and education/degree level
