Education: Must possess a Bachelor’s Degree in a technical, science or business discipline from an accredited college/university; or an Associate’s Degree and two (2) years of applicable experience; or four (4) years of experience performing the job duties in the assigned specialty area; or four (4) years of military training, or a combination thereof, in the specialty area.

Required Qualifications: U. S. Citizenship. A valid driver’s license. Possess, or be able to obtain a Security Clearance.

Desired Qualifications: A professional user of Microsoft Office and SharePoint; desire 3-5 years of experience using MS Project in coordinating, tracking project scheduling, workflow and performance workflow; reviewing technical documents; compiling statistics and data for projects; developing integrated schedules; writing narratives. Knowledge of government funding and/or Army aviation a plus.

Skills Needed: Professional organizational and communications skills. Self-starter. Good communicator, both written and verbal.

Duties: Provides program management support utilizing ATEC and RTC Test Management tools including ADSS-PMM, CET, VDLS, SharePoint, PRO3, and the Project Management Dashboard. Tracks and coordinates test project documentation (proposals, test plans, reports, etc.), financial status, and schedules ensuring all customers, Acct. Managers, Test Engineers, Divisions and management maintain situational awareness.

Comments: Compliance with health mandates as dictated by the contract may be required as a condition of employment.
