Second-Year Spotlight 2026

The Second-Year Spotlight is a two-day experience designed to help students build confidence for whatever comes next. The conference kicks off Friday evening with a student-only networking workshop and interactive etiquette dinner. Saturday features opportunities to connect with Grinnell alumni, explore career paths, build professional know-how, and develop career-ready skills before wrapping up with a festive ice cream social. Second-year students will leave with new connections, practical skills, and momentum for what comes next.
