The Health Professions Career Community is once again offering free CPR and basic life support certification through the American Red Cross. The training consists of about 2-hours of online self-study that must be completed prior to an in-person, hands-on training. To accommodate more students, two cohorts will be selected for in-person training on either April 22 or April 23, 2026 from 7:00-9:00pm. Seating is limited and priority will be given to:
1) Graduating seniors holding admission offers to medical or professional school*
2) Individuals with employment/internship offers where those offers are contingent on BLS certification*.
3) Participants in the Health Pros Career Community
Applications are due by 11:59pm on Tuesday, April 14.
