Grinnell College students and Poweshiek Animal League Shelter (PALS) are forming meaningful connections that benefit both people and pets. Led by Sophie Estrada Snow (Wabeskesiga) and PALS staff, the partnership allows students to socialize and train animals, making it easier for them to find their forever homes. In the process, students have gained a greater sense of purpose and belonging in Grinnell.
