Why MentorGrinnell?

MentorGrinnell is all about unlocking those opportunities for growth and success. By participating as a mentee, you’re not just signing up for a program—you’re stepping into a world of possibilities.
Here’s what’s in it for you:
- Personalized Matches: Find a mentor who is just right for you, whether you’re aiming for a specific career path or exploring your goals and skills, MentorGrinnell’s algorithm and network will pair you with someone who gets it.
- Six-Session Commitment: These sessions with your typically last 40-60 minutes and you have all semester to complete them.
- Flexible Scheduling: Life’s busy, and we get that. You can set up sessions that work for you at times, making it easy to fit mentorship into your schedule.
- Customizable Experience: Tailor your mentorship journey with personalized agendas, notes, and checklists. This is your mentorship, your way!
- Track Your Progress: Keep an eye on how far you’ve come and stay motivated as you move forward.
How to Get Started
It’s super easy! Register here to get started on MentorGrinnell. On September 11, you can peruse the mentor directory and find a possible mentor! The program will begin on September 16 and run until December 10.
