The new CLS graduate school grant program is designed to assist with some of the costs associated with applying to graduate and professional schools. Open now for current degree-seeking third- and fourth-year students, grant applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis during the fall and spring semesters.
The costs associated with applying to graduate and professional school programs include application fees, admissions tests, admission test prep programs, applying through centralized application services, and transportation to/from test administration sites.
As of October 2022, while funding lasts, students budgeting for these expenses have an additional resource.
The program is part of the larger CLS needs-based grants offerings that assist students with funds to purchase professional attire, offset the costs of professional development opportunities, defray the costs of travel to job and admissions interviews (seniors only), and pursue civic and social justice projects.
