FREE Test Prep for Grinnellians!

If you will be taking a standardized admission test this year, you are invited to sign up for a free online prep course sponsored by the Health Pros Career Community. The course will begin on Tuesday, October 4 at 8pm Central with eight weekly meetings.

While primarily intended for individuals who are applying to graduate or professional school in the upcoming year, any student or alum who would like to improve their study and test-taking skills is welcome to enroll, regardless of intended career field.

The course will be led by Ms. Amanda Brem and will focus on:

  • Factors that impact your study success
  • Practical study tools
  • Overcoming failures and managing stress
  • Reading comprehension and critical reasoning
  • Developing a personal study plan
  • Creating a test-day game plan

While the course will not review MCAT science content, it will give MCAT examinees a solid foundation for their MCAT review and prep. The course is applicable to all standardized tests, so examinees preparing for the GRE, DAT, OAT, PCAT and LSAT are also encouraged to register.

Registration is now open! Please complete your registration by 4pm on Monday, October 3rd to ensure you receive information on how to access the first class.
